About the artist:
Hu Xiaogang, a member of the Chinese Oil Painting Society, was born in Kunming in 1958. He pursued his studies at the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts from 1985 to 1987. Currently, he holds various positions, including membership in the Oil Painting Art Committee of the Yunnan Artists Association, the Watercolor and Pastel Art Committee of the Yunnan Artists Association, and an executive directorship in the Yunnan Oil Painting Society. Additionally, he serves as a visiting professor at Yunnan University School of Art and Design.
