Bo Yang, Landscape
This autumn landscape by Bo Yang features a striking focal point: a group of trees adorned with coppery leaves. The surrounding vegetation is primarily rendered in hues of green with ochre accents, creating a complementary contrast with the central trees' red and orange tones. This contrast not only frames the scene but also establishes a visual hierarchy, making the central group of trees stand out. The artist has used saturated hues for the reds, enhancing their dominance. Additionally, the painting features varying textures, with more intricate details in the foreground that gradually transition to a softer treatment in the background, contributing to the overall depth and dimension.
