About the Artist:
Congyi Jiang, born in 1963 in Henan Province, China, studied at the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Notable exhibitions include Starting from Modern: 15 Expressions of 15 Artists (National Art Museum of China, 2012), Beijing Beauty (Beijing, 2008), and Beijing Belle (Galerie Christian Nagel, Berlin, 2008).
