Lu'an Wei, born in 1959 in Zaozhuang, Shandong Province, is a notable Chinese artist. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at Nanjing Academy of Arts in 1984, specializing in oil painting. Currently, he teaches in the oil painting department at the Academy of Fine Arts and holds memberships in the National Art Association as well as the role of director in the Jiangsu Oil Painting Society.

Wei Luan, male, Han nationality, was born in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province on August 13, 1959, and his ancestral home is Rizhao, Shandong Province; he started working in 1976. In September 1980, he was admitted to the Oil Painting Department of the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing University of the Arts; graduated in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree; worked in the showroom of Xuzhou City Museum in Jiangsu Province; in 1985, he was a teacher and deputy director of the Mural Teaching and Research Section of the Fine Arts Department of Nanjing University of the Arts; In 1987, he studied for postgraduate study in oil painting, Department of Fine Arts, Nanjing University of the Arts, and received a master's degree in 1990; he is currently teaching in the Oil Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts, a member of the National Artists Association, and a director of Jiangsu Oil Painting Society.
