In Nude Girl, Chen Shaoli presents a striking full-figure standing female nude whose back is turned toward the viewer while her face subtly turns to the right, revealing an intimate profile. The composition is enriched by an array of decorative elements: behind her, a wooden-carved table draped with a white fabric abundant in folds introduces textural complexity; a vibrant red carpet with intricate patterns anchors the scene. In the lower-left corner, a small wooden chair hosts a curious cat that gazes toward the figure, adding a touch of quiet whimsy. Above her head, on a soft yellow wall, a circular decorative motif—featuring a white background and delicate blue linework depicting a bird in an abstracted style reminiscent of traditional Chinese porcelain—completes a balanced triangular structure. This interplay of elements transforms a simple subject into a captivating visual narrative.
