Volodymyr Nosan, born in 1970, holds a master s degree from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. He is a member of the Union of the Artists of Ukraine and has exhibited his works both in Ukraine and abroad. Nosan divides his time between art, graphic design, and teaching at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts.
