Description: A partially printed Royal Warrant, signed at the top by Queen Victoria ("Victoria RI"), appointing Colin Campbell as "our Consul resident at Tegucigalpa." The document is countersigned by Lord Salisbury at the close. Features an embossed seal and is dated March 5, 1897, from St. James's Court. An exceptional piece of historical significance from the reign of Queen Victoria.
