About the Artist:
Born in 1961 in Tel Aviv, Patricia Govezensky showed an early interest in art, attending courses sponsored by the Tel Aviv Museum. She furthered her education at Tel Aviv University, studying both art and science, and continued her art studies at the Avni Institute from 1982 to 1984. In 1987, she graduated with honors from the Ramat Hasharon Art Academy.
Patricia Govezensky's work is known for its colorful and female-centric themes. She describes her motivation as finding expression for life's joy and fulfillment through painting.
