Lu Shan presents a densely layered landscape in which terraced geological forms descend through mist-laden atmospheric space. Ink and earth-toned pigments are interwoven with green inflections, producing a surface of dynamic tonal variation and spatial ambiguity. The composition is vertically compressed, intensifying its sense of geological mass and visual pressure.

The artist employs a hybrid language that draws upon traditional shan shui principles while introducing semi-abstract spatial construction.
