Settled in 1948 in Sint Martens Latem. Preference for landscapes, picturesque rural (Leie) scenes, villages and cityscapes. Worked in a romantic-realistic style. In addition to oil paintings, also a creator of watercolours, pastels, images and oleographies.
His works are displayed in work in various museums.
