Painter. Lived in France from 1924 to 1934 with his parents. Until 1937 training at the Academy in Dendermonde led by F. Gogo and L. Spanoghe, from 1937 to 1939 at the Academy in Menen led by Wallecan.
Settled in 1948 in Sint Martens Latem. Preference for landscapes, picturesque rural (Leie) scenes, villages and cityscapes. Worked in a romantic-realistic style. In addition to oil paintings, also a creator of watercolours, pastels, images and oleographies.
His works are displayed in work in various museums.
