He Jin'an, born in Hefei, Anhui in 1980, embarked on his artistic journey by studying at the Oil Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts of Nanjing University of the Arts. He continued to pursue his passion for art, earning a master's degree in fine arts from the Academy of Fine Arts of Nanjing University and a doctorate in fine arts from Nanjing University of the Arts.

He Jin'an is a distinguished member of the Jiangsu Artists Association, the Jiangsu Oil Painters Association, and the Young Painting Academy of Nanjing Academy of Painting and Calligraphy.
