Born in Xianyou, Fujian Province in 1978, Zeng Xinwei is a renowned oil painting artist and an executive director of the Fujian Oil Painting Association. His passion for art began at a young age. In 2002, he gained admission to the Oil Painting Department of Xiamen University. Furthering his artistic education, he joined the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2008.
